Online Shipping & Return Policy
ShippingOrder processing takes between 2 to 5 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase.
Fine jewelry is created custom for each client, taking 2 to 3 weeks from start to completion. Please keep that that timeline in mind when ordering fine pieces.
How do I track my package online?
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.
For domestic and international orders for metal jewelry, badges, and stickers you can track your package at usps.com. Once your order has shipped from our store, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package: USPS at 1-800-222-1811.

Service Delays
Ideal Woman is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package: USPS at 1-800-222-1811
Where do you ship?
Ideal Woman ships to all of North America. Please email us at hello@idealwoman.us to arrange shipping for international orders overseas.
*Please note: Ideal Woman is not responsible for payment of any customs, taxes, or tariffs imposed by your country of residence.
Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
In the case that USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, inland is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Ideal Woman is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Returns
All sales final on sales items. We do not offer price adjustments or price matching. Pieces in unworn condition with all original packaging may be refunded back to the original form of payment or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Ideal Woman is not responsible for return shipping costs. Custom pieces CAN NOT be exchanged or returned.
Return Policy Requirements
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.
Exchange Policy
All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange.
Will I be charged shipping for a return?
Yes, you are responsible for return shipping and we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Ideal Woman is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
Returns for International Orders
Please email us at hello@idealwoman.us to see if a returns or exchange is eligible for your international orders. International orders are orders shipped to countries other than the US.
